工作职责
1. Design, implement, and execute scientific research and responsible for managing all aspects of new technology development and product validation for cancer diagnosis;
2. Developing novel NGS-based cancer diagnosis assays, liquid biopsy and other diagnostic devices;
3. Developing novel nucleic acid purification methods and amplification techniques;
4. Work collaboratively with bioinformatics, bench scientists and product manager to accomplish project from ideation and product launching.
5. Effectively documentation of work, analysis of results, and communication of important conclusions to the team.
6. Deliver high quality scientific presentations for both internal and external use.

工作要求
PhD in Molecular biology/Biochemistry/Biology/Biotechnology or related field.
Broad theoretical and practical knowledge of molecular biology and related techniques.
> 2 years’ experience working on Next Generation Sequencing technologies and applications, knowledge of Oncology preferred.
Bench work experience with development and applications of
Familiar with DNA/RNA amplification, conjugation, hybridization and detection;
Familiarity with Next-generation sequencing, DNA sequencing, RNA-Seq etc.
Self-motivated and well-organized person with the ability to work independently and in teams in a structured manner.
