Accountabilities Organize organization talent review every year Drive to build up succession plan to ensure pipeline for key positions Talent program management, including selection, incentive scheme, development roadmap, etc. Key talent program developing to ensure sustainable talents providing Build up internal rotation scheme to encourage employee development To work in partnership with the business to define capability priorities and lead the execution of agreed L&D projects across the full end to end learning cycle with the ultimate aim of equipping employees with the specific capabilities that enable them to add value and drive competitive advantage for the organization Requirements Minimum 10years of relevant HR experiences with at least 5 years in Talent Management/ Training development Strong project management skills University bachelor degree or relevant education
