Job Responsibilities / 工作职责:
Receive software development tasks from the software development manager. The development tasks involve Air Traffic Control program and/or product ECRs (Engineering Change Request) and PCRs (Problem & Change Request)
从软件开发经理处接受软件开发任务。软件开发任务是来自空中交通管理系统项目和和空管自动化产品的软件设计文件 (Engineering Change Request) and PCRs (Problem & Change Request)。
Participate to the analysis, definition, and review of the ECRs.
参与分析，定义和评审软件设计。
Perform code and unit **** of the development tasks.
完成的开发任务中的代码编写和单元测试。
Ensure the development code, **** and documents are delivered as scheduled.
按照进度完成代码，测试和相关文档。
Ensure the quality of the development deliverables by constantly following the development processes.
始终按照开发流程工作，以保证开发产出的质量。
Proactively propose technical solutions.
主动的建议技术解决方案
Provide support to other team members when necessary.
必要时为其它团队提供支持
Qualifications & Requirements /学历和资历要求:
Bachelors Degree in Computer science or similar majors. / 计算机科学或相关专业的本科学历。
Local Chinese nationals with ability to communicate thoroughly and effectively in English via email and orally. / 中国国籍并能用英语口语和书面进行无障碍沟通。
Proficient in UNIX/Linux Operating system. / 精通UNIX/Linux操作系统。
Familiar with UNIX/Linux shell languages (ksh, perl, tcltk) is a plus. / 能熟练使用UNIX/Linux 脚本语言(ksh, perl, tcltk)。
Proficient in C, C++ language and ADA language development. / 精通C, C++, ADA语言开发。
Understanding configuration management tools (CVS) is a plus. /最好熟悉CVS配置管理工具。
Database management system experience is a plus. / 最好熟悉数据库管理系统。
Air Traffic Control system domain knowledge is a plus. /最好具有空中交通管理系统的行业知识。
Team performing in an organization of 15 people. / 能够与约15人的团队良好合作。
