A. Job Description 职位描述
As first line support of main business system Alba for Asian partner companies.
为亚洲合作伙伴公司提供主要业务系统-Alba的第一线维护.
Receive system support requests and follow up till they are solved. Keep contact with user on progress and collect feedback.
接收和跟进系统维护要求. 与用户联系反馈处理进度并收集反馈信息.
Do data / procedure analysis and solve support issues. For complicated problems, collect enough information for second line analysis / problem solving and communicate with development team in Belgium.
进行数据/程序分析和解决维护问题. 对于复杂的问题, 收集足够的信息以便开发团队进行深入分析, 与比利时的开发团队进行沟通并解决问题.
Adjust Alba configuration or make customized data exports / reports to fulfill user’s requests.
通过调整Alba系统的配置或定制数据导出接口以满足客户的要求并生成报表.
Check Alba DB structure and write SQL to get requested data if necessary.
如有必要, 分析Alba系统的DB结构和直接通过编写SQL获取手续数据.
Check Alba source code (C++) to help solving problem if necessary.
如有必要,通过分析Alba系统的源代码(C++) 从而帮助解决问题.
Make small programs (with any suitable language) to help user for data import / export / manipulation when necessary.
必要时,用合适的语言开发程序从而帮助用户进行数据导入/导出/数据操作.
Provide technical support to system support engineer for users’ requests. If necessary communicate with users on detail issues of system function / feature.
向系统维护工程师提供支持. 如有必要, 与用户联系沟通系统功能的细节事项.
Make reports on report platform (Web-base / Crystal report) as per users requests.
按用户要求在报表平台(Web-base / Crystal report)上编写报表.
B. Competency Requirement 任职要求
1. Education Background 教育背景:

Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications, computer science/information management / electronic / business management related degrees are recommended but not limited.
本科学历或同等学历资格，计算机科学/信息管理专业，电子商务管理相关专业学历者优先.
2. Working Experience 工作经验
2-5 years coding experience.
2-5年的程序设计经验
3. Knowledge & Skills 知识与技能
Experience with ERP system or end user supporting preferable.
具有一线用户支持经验者优先.
In-depth relational database knowledge & medium level SQL writing skill.
对关系数据有较深入的理解和中等水平的SQL编写技能.
Preferably MySQL / SQL Server related experience.
具有MySQL/SQL经验者优先
Medium Java coding skill, preferably C / C++ coding skill.
中等Java程序设计技能, 具有C/C++编程技能者优先.
JavaEE related technologies (Hibernate / Spring) experience, as bonus.
具有JavaEE相关技能(Hibernate/Spring).
Basic XML / HTML / CSS / JavaScript understanding.
