岗位描述
Monitor key performance indicators of invested companies and conduct performance analyses, including collecting and analyzing operational and financial data, and provide performance improvement recommendations for selected companies
Support the deal team to manage the invested companies, including making daily management decisions, supporting communication, keeping documentation and helping with other related activities
Coordinate value-added service demands from the invested companies and connect them with the value-added service teams in Tencent
Conduct analyses of macro economy and related industry to identify new investment opportunities and support investment decisions

Strong interest, passion, and business sense for TMT, investment and Tencent
High level of integrity, dedication and motivation
Solid logical thinking, strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor/Master degree from top universities
Fluency in English
