Responsibilities: Customer relationship management , maintenance, cultivation Determine the “fit” with company’s strength and biz strategies Evaluate the worth of responsible customer and the cost of doing biz with Identify and drive for CIP, establish long term service improvement initiatives Lead in problem solving, Act as the “Owner” of the biz to drive results and contribute to the growth and expansion of the biz P&L Owner for responsible customers and owner of budget and forecast AR (DSO) accountable Contract management, review and renewal for responsible customers Regular customer visit, attend monthly/quarterly customer biz review meeting, follow through corrective actions if any Monthly Deck review with management Requirements: Hold an associate degree or above, Experience in logistics company is preferred Be familiar with the operation process and basic skills of customer communication Good ability of understanding, communication and coordination with relative internal functions Well-behaved, outgoing personality, hard-working, have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit High degree of professional dedication, strong ability of study and able to work under pressure Strongly-developed analytical and conceptual skills, as well as financial skills Ability to think logically with much attention to details Adapt to business travel
