职位要求

Responsibilities:Support executives by providing executive level administrative support, receiving clients and visitors, arranging travel and correspondence.Organize and coordinate business meetings and make meeting minutes, responsible for the meeting material or agenda preparation hold business meetings for communication or discussion with departments when necessary. Job Requirements:University Degree or above;Excellent command of English both written and spoken;Good coordination skill and customer focus;Good skills on Microsoft office( especially PPT ) and other productivities software tools;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Consulting company background, familiar with logistics industry;3 years of assistant experience or above.
