Responsibilities: Key point contact with external and internal stakeholders Promote and improve a diverse work environment while bridging gaps between the organization culture of the company and customer Lead the development of effective strategies on resources of all sites in the region Align with customer’s growth plan to roll out new sites through effective solutions development Build and improve strategic relationships with customer’s senior management Business acumen to ensure annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals Develop long and short-range plans and goals for the organization Direct project costing and justification of capital expense request Manage capital expenditure and asset deployment activities Manage customer initiatives with considerations from all angles Align organization to embody S.F. Values Ensure customer contractual obligations are met / contract compliance Provide appropriate tools such as project scheduling, action trackers and dash board Monitor and control of quality service performance and project performance Requirements: Bachelor's degree , 8 or more years of professional experience and Seniority of leading program in a complex business environment Excellent organization leadership with situation management skill Inter-discipline skills for interaction of all business aspects in contract discharge, commercial impact, projects and operations management Program and Project management knowledge associated with recognized knowledge such as PMBOK guideline Strong written and oral communications skills Commercially oriented with financial acumen Broad understanding of SCM to appreciate customer’s material flow and planning Strategic Thinking ability, proven implementation results In depth knowledge of enabling technology in logistics and supply chain PMI certification or membership will be advantageous
