AccountabilitiesManage operational services mailbox, asssign tasks and follow up overdue casesEnsure each case compliant with internal policy, and sign off routine HR documents, such as offer, contract, employment certificates, change of status letterCoach team members to handle special HR ER case, such as unilateral termination due to misconduct or bilateral termination initiated by Company.Check and sign off monthly permeant staff payroll related reportsCaoch team memebers to independtly handle their own responsibilites and support them when necessaryWork with CoE, Local HR and BP teams, continuously improve HR shared service quality by optimizing current process or designing new processCheck and sign off HR shared services related announcement including but not limited to internal and external policy update, labor case share and etc.Requirements:Min. 5 year HR related experience in C&B or ER function or Shared Services CenterSolid experience in payroll and China Labor Law, other HR function knowledge will be advanced but not essentialFront line team management experience with 4-5 team sizeBachelor degreeIndependent, responsible with anti-pressure capabilityFairness, integrity and result-oriented
