Responsibilities: Assist Business Improvement Project Manager in all continuous improvement projects, especially working closely with operational teams, to identify opportunities for large and small scale improvements. Potentially owning medium to large scale projects Perform sourcing tasks, prepare presentations, create and update project plans including forming a team, objectives, budget, outlining tasks, milestones, responsibility and timelines Closely monitors each project to ensure that projects remain on track, meet timelines and develop per plan Communicate regularly and effectively with stakeholders on project progress Work with colleagues from all levels and across the global Organize and analyze information and data effectively Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Logistics, manufacturing and/or high tech. industry experience preferred An interest in project management/ continuous improvement, Able to demonstrate experience in these would be an advantage Excellent communication, organization and good time management skills Attention to details Excellent Microsoft Excel skills preferred
