About this position: RingCentral is looking for a strong handson DevOps Engineer. Your responsibilities will include supporting iOSAndroid Development team with Lab infrastructure configurations and troubleshooting supporting Jenkins environment and server environment as well as breakfix as needed. A key part of this role will be to manage your assigned projects but also be available to assist with end user issues. You will work closely with the DEV OPS and QA Departments to provide the exceptional customer service to the RingCentral. As this is an important role candidates will need to be able to lead and deliver on multiple projects and provide escalation support to fellow technicians. You will need to have the skills and ability to see problems through to a suitable outcome and continually communicate progress and options to the departments management.
