The Business Development Manager’s objective is to realize and manage the growth of the business in terms of users and revenues for our state of the art SaaS solutions.
This involves identifying the target audiences, building the relationships and managing the deal flow to ensure that user and revenue targets are achieved.
This role will champion the generation of client relationships, increase our business net-work and ultimately to generate user and revenue growth for our business.

Description
The role of Business Development Manager is to plan and execute sales activities and achieve assigned targets established for growing SaaS solutions through new customers.
Responsibilities
1.Execute sales activities influence decision-making of the customer during the process of visits, presentations and contract negotiations.
4.Coach sales representatives on product knowledge, business environment, procedures and working skills which are necessary for dealing with customers.
5.Ability to connect and manage senior level relationships in the client’s organization to win projects.
6.Monitor market trend and competitor\\\'s activities; provide relevant reports and infor-mation.
Requirements
1.University degree or above.
2.At least 4 years experience in a similar position with SaaS / IT solutions business with excellent understanding of retail execution and field force management challenges.
3.Actions and results oriented; can work under high pressure.
4.Customer focus; demonstrated excellent consultative selling approach.
5.Exceptional interpersonal skills and presentation skill.
6.To manage multi-task by planning, organizing and establishing priorities.
7.Excellent command of English both orally and written.
8.Willing to take business travel.
